The World's first Street Art Disaster Movie
Nognog is a huge fan of Street Art and especially Banksy, so we are very excited about this new trailer which emerged on youtube. It's the trailer for Banky's first film called Exit Through The Gift Shop. The film will premier to the public for the first time this Sunday at the Sundance Film Festival.

Russell Crowe as Robin Hood
So apparently there is a new Robin Hood movie comin out with Russell Crowe aka the Gladiator in the role of Robin Hood and Cate Blanchett in the role of Lady Marian. To be honest I really don't see the point in doing another Robin Hood movie. I think the one from 1991 with Kevin Costner, Morgan Freeman, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Christian Slater and Alan Rickman is and will always be the best. Don't you think? And I mean the Soundtrack as well. How you wanna top Bryan Adams' Everything I do, I do it for you. Don't understand me wrong, I think Cate Blanchett is a terrific actress, but some movies just shouldn't be done over and over again.

Russian Animated Shorts
Today I had the chance to see some Russian animated shorts, which were shown at the Interfilm International Short Film Festival in Berlin. If you are in Berlin, you should definitely check it out! The Festival's focus this year lays on the countries Russia and the Netherlands. So here one of my favourite Russian shorts so far by Yuri Norstein from the 70s! Enjoy! by us
Der Conny ihr Pony
"Der Conny ihr Pony" by Robert Pohle and Martin Hentze is one of the short films that was viewed yesterday during the Opening of the 25th Interfilm International Short Film Festival at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin. Despite the "Hü Hü Hü Pony Hü" inbetween, which can be a little annoying, I really enjoyed this short film. Hope you do too! by us

Dreaming...
I really haven't slept a full night in ages. Okay, I'm a little exaggerating here. It's maybe been a week or so but it sure feels like ages. Don't really know why, but every morning I wake up even more tired than I was when I went to bed the night before. I always dream strange things...I mean really strange stuff like one night I chased horses and was decorating a room and was making out with some king of some country which was basically an island surrounded by a small moat in some park. I know what you're thinkin' but no I'm not crazy! The other night I dreamed about speaking Spanish so bad that I actually woke up because of it. Weird! Today I came across this great video by Oren Lavie and I can't help wondering if I look like this when I am sleeping/dreaming?! Would definitely explain some things. us
